Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

This organization treats its employees like "personal servants", they expect you to work till 8 PM most of the day. They constantly pressurize recruiters to "justify their salary". They don't give increments and keep on giving excuses. Mitesh, the operation manager doesn't even know how to talk. 1. No work environment culture. 2. No parties, outings, festival celebrations, Diwali gifts, or employee-friendly policies. 3. Appraisal issue. 4. Not ready to explore technology. 5. Bad incentive policy, would suggest Sales guys not join the company as the company's CEO never retains anyone even if you are giving him good business. 6. The so-called CEO is often regarded as a multi-talented leader but seems uninformed about many aspects. Monetary gains have been made through misrepresentation,leading to a company culture that exploits employees under various guises. While some possess good work ethics, an overall negative atmosphere prevails due to archaic practices. Despite a few professional individuals, the organization remains mired in a toxic environment.
