I really liked working in NCR - the facility I got in NCR is not available in any other company

In NCR I worked in Contract where Manpower was used to pay special respect to Employes we work many times more than what they do but all the benefits that the company can give only goes to Employes including Salary

There is layoff in NCR voyix, they have not let me completed my probation period and there is no job security. I request not to join this company. my manager knew about my layoff one month ago and he didn't let me know. Hello let know me from a formal invite and let all my colleagues to do WFH for whole week and he allow only me todo WFO. This is the worst organisation that I have been associated for. I regret my decision not to join TCS. I am hope less and speech less why this company has done this to me I did not take that much of salary that the senior level person takes. If they have to do the cost cutting they will reduce the number of senior level person. Please please don't join the company else you will be in anixety all the time. Dislikes

I worked 4 days for 12 hours without rest for the leave that the company stopped working for material shortage . They didn't care about me they didn't even gave respect to me and people who worked as trainee .Even watchmen scolds as because we are trainee .The company only respect the employers working in company. so don't go as trainee to learn any skill they just use you to do their work and send out you after a year ....Read More
