Coming to the HR Admin department they doesn't look after the Bachelor accomodation we are facing drinking water problem since 1 month and house keeping is also worst. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... Hardworker Employees & Kamchor Employees get equal increament ( Maximum 10% of Basic ) which is most worst thing ever.....Read More

There was company policy was good and salary structure and incriment shedule is avarage.

Dislikes

Duty hours not satisfied. Huge time working hours in the site and not any holiday or leave culture in this company. Also Sunday is working day. For this reason no time for yourself to spend the time in your family. My personal suggestion, experience purpose you join this company, not for life spend purpose.
