Poor management. Poor behavior with Staff. Staff welfare is Poor. Sunday is working day without any benefits. After joining ncc we forgot our personal life.

During Pandemic NCC provided salary, not done any layoffs. If no new projects they will transfer to another department not terminate the employees

No Growth for Career and Upskilling new technologies. Salary and Promotions are not Satisfactory level. In a project if you do hardwork or not given any performance same increment for all employees with slight change.

It was a very good experience for me to working with NCC LTD and their senior specially Chief Manager Accounts Sir at North East area. Very good benifits they are providing as a company andgood learning atmosphere.
