We really co-operate each other like co-operate our family members. It's a very good Company. The highlight of the Company is our Management. Our Management is excellent. They give more freedom to staff for development.

Dislikes

Like in every private Organization, ego of superiors some times put the subordinates in trouble. But, one thing to mention here. Once we feel our organization is a family, we have to bear some problems now and then. Working environment is good.

Administrative Assistance to the Vice President (Electrical) and Coordinate with tendering team for preparation of BGs, go through the commercial aspects of bidding document.

The company is good for working. Management is good. They paid salaries in time.

No job security especially in power sector. If the company not having good business ex.power sector, they can easily close that business and terminate the employees with notice period.
