Coming to the HR Admin department they doesn't look after the Bachelor accomodation we are facing drinking water problem since 1 month and house keeping is also worst. No matter how hard and dedicated you may work during your tenure it does not matter during your exit One of the worst experiences after the exit. It took around 3 months for me to get my experience certificate and F&F, that too after a lot of frequent follow up with the HR team Still after many months they have not cleared my PF account Very unprofessional HR and Admin teams and over the years lot of people are stuck in the organization, except for very few, lot of them are becoming useless to the organization because of the old culture and ways or work...Read More

There was company policy was good and salary structure and incriment shedule is avarage.

Duty hours not satisfied. Huge time working hours in the site and not any holiday or leave culture in this company. Also Sunday is working day. For this reason no time for yourself to spend the time in your family. My personal suggestion, experience purpose you join this company, not for life spend purpose.

The senior incharge does not take any responsibility and if any meeting is held with the senior GM then instead of the incharge, the supervisor has to attend the meeting.Despite my salary being low, I have been given as much work load as is given to employees who earn three times more salary than me.
