Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... During Pandemic NCC provided salary, not done any layoffs. If no new projects they will transfer to another department not terminate the employees

Dislikes

No Growth for Career and Upskilling new technologies. Salary and Promotions are not Satisfactory level. In a project if you do hardwork or not given any performance same increment for all employees with slight change.

It was a very good experience for me to working with NCC LTD and their senior specially Chief Manager Accounts Sir at North East area. Very good benifits they are providing as a company andgood learning atmosphere.
