Don't join in "Electrical Division" of this company, You will never be recognise for your work performance. Much office politics, Seniors from corporate office always black mail you for achieve Target, blame for small small misteks. Less increment every time. More than 12 hours duty time. Sometimes Sunday is also duty day. Safety at site level is very less.

Hi Everyone, I am in a situation and don't know what to decide. I have been working in a company for the past 3.5 Years and they gave me promotion and gave me a lot of responsibility and helped me both financially and morally in my tough times. But Right now my situation in a way that I struck in full financial struggle and I need to change my job otherwise my life will be in too much Danger and I am facing full financial stress..I don't know how to tell my manager that my current situation is this. please suggest to me what to do.. right now I got an offer which will bring me out of this financial crisis.
