The only advantage is that they pay the salaries on time. The only redeeming quality for the company in my opinion.

Dislikes

The work culture is like a black company, they expect you to work and die for the company without any kind of compensation. Expect to see tons of favoritism from the upper 'brass'. Expect to see that some people who do nothing get all the credit for your work. Also do not think to rise in the ranks as only the pets of the manageme nt will get that advancement.
