Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. A learning platform. But unfit for long life career.

Dislikes

Company require a lot of improvement : They put up there business on these who are thereself inexperience. HR policy needed. Company change his policy after every month. A strong management required who is willing to work. Employee satisfaction is not there. Employee didn't get there salary on time . Even I didn't get my FNF after 4 month. Overall a mix feeling.
