An excellent work environment and team work with equal opportunity for carrier growth to all. Being a CPSU there was enough scope and opportunities for learning and acquiring latest developments in the field of construction technology but the scope for innovation was not unlimited. Appraisal system was quite fare and logical. Politics is a part and parcel of each organisation in the country and NBCC was not an exception. NBCC executed projects in Iraq and Libya and most of the employees got opportunity to work in these countries....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
