I have worked with company for 3 year.It have a great environment of working,however you have learn yourself,nobody will teach you.I personally wants to say that everyone is equal in this psu,either you are a GM or a JE.you have to take same work load.

NBCC working procudere is too lazy like any government departments,they didn't take a dicisions,they always depands on their consultant s.Nbcc will not provide you any facilities such as accomodation,vehicle etc. Nbcc never care for your hard work.I worked for 3year but once my contrcat period over nbcc releaves me for sake of company policy.

I was posted in a 100 cr project and i was single handed handling the project,I plays various roles i.e Site engineer,billing,quality, planing etc etc. Work was never wnded there.
