Environment is too good in NBCC, personally I like the environment with learnt about new things every moment but job security is very poor for contract employees. Contract employees are doing their job with good responsibility but after two years they got relieved. Overall too bad experienced achieved after two years

NBCC is the company for the people who want to settle forever in life as it provides good work life balance and pay if compared to boring work....it is not for ambitious people who want to excel in their carrer....there is not much to like about the company

Dislikes

NBCC is the worst company when it comes to learning, advancement, professional growth.....if experienced person would join the company he would loose his earlier experience and gain no experience here.....its babu company

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
