Good work environment and socity. Supporting and the manegemenr is transparent. Company policy are good and they good salary hike time to time.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the manegement doesnot our issues. There is a contract or one years before which you cannot region. On the job traninng is not given to new joinees

I worked on contractual basis as a Jr. Engineer (Civil). They biased their employees based on their position. Being a contractual post we rarely have respect there. Thankfully I got selected in state engineering department and resigned from that department.
