Since I belong to Jaipur this is the only company & i want to live with my family. The only good thing is they are Located in Jaipur

I don't want to sound frustrated but reviews of 4 & above are paid/ingenuine reviews. The company is good but a very poor employer. They know how to sell their product and service but they are unable to promote people towards career growth. They will give to additional work but not more than 10% people can get promoted. They follow a scrapped policy called as Normal distribution where you may have devoted your time energy emotions into the organization but you'd end up getting devalued. Your careers would be sabotaged as you'd get promotion at an average of 5-6 years and after 40, they'd stop your growth, downgrade you and then declare you surplus and scrap. I have experience of this. I am telling all those who want to be a part of this company, don't be fooled by slogans, websites or articles. Their bias is to promote only those who are in their close circle. Performance doesn't matter. Anybody who is more than 10 years of experience is considered as they are doing a favor to him. Worst part is their CEO (made a CEO by nepotism annd not merit) who is childish in approach and listens to only those who have a jar of oil with them....Read More

Work Details

I was a part of major departments such a marketing, manufacturing & quality and devoted my lifetime. I missed my family's milestones to work and excel but forced to leave once my boss retired. Merit didn't stood a chance at all.

Amazing learning curve. Freedom to experiment and try new things. NEI has brilliance in pockets. There are people who are an amazing knowledge bank and are willing to share that information with those who want to learn.

Dislikes

Zero importance is given to people. The employees are exploited for organisational profitability. Absolutely no weightage is given to employee moral and motivation. The HR policies are short sighted. The processes are bypassed for saving time. The management has no intentions to reinforce process adherence.

Work life balance is terrible. The middle management is like a parasite which exploits the junior level and has built a web of deceit and politics to discourage any growth or spotlight to junior management.
