Few policies for employees safety are good. Too many things to learn.
Dislikes
Sudden changes in rules / regulations and management force to implement it from next day. Poor per km reimbursement, a petrol vehicle employee can't survive here. Management expects you to be an expert from day one. Too much traveling. Poor work life balance. Hardly any support from management.
