The company has good policies but there is no work life balance for field staff. Under car policy by company tracking is shared which is a breach to your privacy. Career growth is slow but things have been changing lately.
Dislikes
Work life balance completely takes a back seat. While some roles enjoy luxury of leaves for some roles it's almost office everywhere. A lot of things are out of your control but still you are held accountable for it.
