Salaries are not competitive at all. Apprisals & salary nivelation do not meets county's cost of live, no matter if paying wages to the company are getting cheaper along local currency is deprecated vs. dollar. Turnover is as high as it colud be, so training cost on timing manner are super high. Poor interest from senior management on employees good-living. In comparison with comptence companies, Navitas does not offer anything aditional to salary, competence company offers x2 salaries levels, aditional health insurance, food bonuses, gym bonuses and others.
