Nothing to like here. I would suggest if u have another offer in your hand, never join this company. They can ask you to resign any time without serving notice period. I was fired only after 10 days of joining. And their HRs are so stupid, they hired me (with 1.5 YOE ) as a replacement of 10 YOE employee.

Work timings , so many restrictions in the PC provided by them to work. Too many politics, u will never be appreciated. Too much work pressure. No facilities at all.

Don't believe there ratings and reviews they are totally fraud company. Who has money they can do anything i guess u believe that. The founder, director Rungta is a 3rd class person. Besically he don't know how to talk. Showing attitudes using slang, bad words. If you are comfortable with that then its fine

I loved my time there in Navsoft. Most of the people are helpful except a few. but that is part of every experience. I'm thankful to Navsoft for providing me the opportunity.

HR policies need a lot of improvement. Some people have very very rude languages which can easily demoralise employees. Toilets are unhygienic.
