Salary is very low here , even after you are doing great you will have same increment as other are getting . At 3.7 Year of my job I'm earning 18,000 Rs. No PF ,and any other facilities like Regular once are getting even after your work is far better then them . They Focus on skill development of Employee but forgot to give incentives to the deserved once.

Dislikes

Team mates are very supportive , You Can be fired from the job any time. work environment is good you'll learn lot of things here . Work life balance is average. and forget about salary/appraisal, Depends on company mood and it takes around 2 to 3 years to be in favor of employee.
