Nautilus Shipping was once known for its dedicated employees who consistently met commitments and targets, ensuring the success of the management and the company as a whole. However, things have changed. Now, executives are more focused on delegating tasks to freshers and juniors, pressuring them to complete the work while taking little responsibility themselves. Despite this being evident to everyone in the office, the Head of Department (HOD) remains silent, likely due to favoritism. If this continues, it will undoubtedly affect team morale, as people will not want to work under such leadership. Additionally, there is a growing trend of individuals undermining those who are performing well, just to secure their own positions. This kind of behavior was not prevalent two years ago.
