Perofrmance bonus are divided into salary EMI, Which is poor mentality of current HR. Appraisal , promotiond are just formalities bcz poor performer also gets same hike with best performer. There is no skills development, bcz nobody wants smart candidates to learn sales or marketing, pure partiality and politics.
