Terrible paymaster. Zero credibility with suppliers and vendors.

Dislikes

Will speak a thousand lies at time of in terview. Does not pay salary on time. In 3 months the salary will come. That too with unexpected deductions. 90 % of the employees have left the company. A total mess.

Work Details

U will be told a lot of lies. At time of joining.horrible work environment and horrible paymasters. Owner is a thug... No credibility in the market

Good work environment and culture. teamates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
