Managers will hit the lowest to show how unworthy and incapable you are. Will never suggest any of my known to join here. They will give you literally 50Rs hike at the time of appraisal and justify that by saying , company is in loss. Never ever join here, specially in operations profile. Few of the managers are not good there. They take everything personal. They do gossip about you and they will judge you. They give target as per your calibre they don’t see that everyone is getting 8-9 hours only. If you achieve your target they will increase your target in the next quarter. There is too much pressure towards targets. If you are living away from your hometown it will be tough for you to manage work life balance.
