From the moment I walked through their doors, I was impressed by the sheer passion that drives this organisation. The company’s commitment to employee growth is evident through the innumerable opportunities I was offered for my professional development in the form of trainings, workshops, exciting new projects and conferences. The leadership team is highly supportive and encourages new ideas. Being an educator myself, I can try with vouch for the impact the company’s offerings can have on students. Highly recommend it!...Read More

I'm thrilled to share that my expectations have been exceeded during my tenure here. This Organization has allowed me to live my passion and contribute to a cause that aligns with my core values. The organization's commitment to social impact and affordable education is truly inspiring.
Nonetheless, the competitive nature of the sector poses its challenges. not everyone can endure the intense demands, and it's saddening to witness individuals who initially express a desire to make a difference but then back off when faced with the harsh realities. This is indeed a pain point for our organization. Nevertheless, I remain resolute in my mission to be part of the change in education....Read More

As part of the core management team, let me say off the bat; We are NOT a place where everyone will be happy. Infact only 3 out of 10 people will be happy in our organisation. My research from across the world has showed that most people are happy in roles when they are not being challenged adequately and find their comfort zone or if they are excessively challenged to the point of burn out. While true for most sectors, this policy is not so uniformly applicable in the education sector. Everyone is a proclaimed expert in the education sector, everyone knows how to raise children. Unfortunately children are the most inder-represented voice in the entire sector. Therefore I hold my team to a very high bar of performance and being accountable to children. This is a practice that most people in this sector are not used to, therefore for them NatureNurture is the right place. This is a place where you need to put your money where your mouth is, and put in the work and be accountable to our only stakeholders- the children. Culture and work life balance mean very different things here. Culture for us is equity of opportunity, you will be treated fairly. Regardless of your background, experience, everyone has an equal opportunity to be future leader. We are vested in upskilling each person to become a future leader, but we need loyalty in return. When either of the two is missing, there is a problem. Many of the negative sentiments about NatureNurture testify that "we are not a place for everyone". When given a choice to keep either everyone moderately happy or few driven individuals very content. we choose the latter. We have made a careful choice with this decision, and you should be equally careful in making this decision about your career.

Since my childhood, my passion for teaching has been a driving force in my life. I have fond memories of creating practice tests for my younger siblings and engaging in pretend play to make learning fun. Joining NatureNuture was a dream come true, as I believed they could provide me with the perfect platform to make a real difference in the education sector.

I'm pleased to say that my expectations have been more than met during my time here. NatureNurture has allowed me to channel my passion for teaching into meaningful work. I've had the opportunity to be part of an organization that is truly dedicated to social impact and affordable education.

It's disheartening to see some individuals back off when faced with the realities of making a difference. It's a pain point for our organization, as everyone here is eager to create an impact. This company is a refuge for professional development. The setting encourages skill development and professional progression. The only thing that I like about the company was the work area they were in. They wanted to work in creating a wholesome curriculum. Their approach to do it and their methods were crap and very narrow sighted though. They did not create an adaptable curriculum - they punch down on teachers and principals who buy their curriculum andcall them dumb while expecting them to model their school according to how they envision educational approaches to curriculum. They also did not create anything of their own as their entire curriculum, especially their techniques, videos, templates and patterns, hands-on learning practices are all copied from other places....Read More

Their curriculum is copied and is based on stolen ideas and approaches. The workspace is highly nepotistic, and by that I mean I walked in to the company with 7 years of experience in my field and they would not give me the industry standard hike (20-30%) while if you know the director personally or are related to her they will giveyou 1lac+ per month even if you walk in with zero experience and educational qualifications for the role. The director thinks she is the only person in the world who can create curriculum while she does not know anything about the demands of the domain. There is no professionalism or ethics in the workplace. They are selling copied and sub-par material to schools and have no regard for individual perspectives. The director can never be wrong is what she thinks while she says dumb things. She calls herself a psychologist and educationist while being biased towards employees, overworking her staff, disrespecting everyone, giving tasks and 'changing her mind' about it when the task is at 95% completion or completed and then she says as the director she has the right to make people rework and overwork. I can go on and on about how horrible this place is. I am legit waiting for someone to throw a copyright claim at them so that they know they cannot get away with their cheap tricks....Read More

This place is both dynamic and inclusive. It's a place where everyone's ideas are valued, and collaboration is key. We're united by a common goal - to make a positive impact through education. The passion and dedication of the team are contagious.

It's a pity that not everyone can succeed here, despite the organization's many strengths. One of the frustrations is encountering individuals who don't fully align with the company's values and mission. This can lead to a disconnect in the work culture and hinder the overall environment.

My experience with NatureNurture has been nothing short of transformative. I must confess that it's not a place for everyone, but for those who embrace challenges and find satisfaction in pushing their limits, it's a haven for personal and professional growth.
NatureNurture doesn't believe in mediocrity. It challenges you to be the best version of yourself, and it's a challenge that I wholeheartedly accept. In the education sector, where everyone seems to be an expert, this organization stands out by demanding excellence and unwavering accountability to children.
I've always been driven by a desire to make a tangible impact, especially in the lives of the most underrepresented voices in society - the children. NatureNurture not only shares this aspiration but places it at the core of its mission. Here, I'm not just an employee; I'm a catalyst for change. I'm part of a team that doesn't settle for less, that pushes boundaries, and strives to provide equal opportunities and a brighter future for every child....Read More

The work isn't easy, and the path isn't for the faint of heart. It's a commitment to constant improvement, to being accountable, and to pushing my own limits. But it's in this challenge that I've found the greatest sense of fulfillment. NatureNurture has redefined not only my career but also my purpose.

The slightly likable thing about working here was the work itself which was interesting enough. But the toxic, horrible place will suck every last bit of motivation right out of you.
Dislikes
Where do i even start.
1) they treat their employees horribly. Not only do they make it impossible for you to have any semblance of a life outside of work, they will also make you feel guilty about non-work related things; like, not feeling thankful 'enough' for the work.
2) The culture of this place stems of course from the top. Take from that what you will.
3) If you think you can keep your head down and just concentrate on the work and do the best job you can, you are wrong. They want every single person to be involved in their nonsensical politics and they will drag you in it. You can try not to be, but you will be involved somehow.
4) They have some loosely formed policies which they conveniently they follow or disregard on their preference.
if you still take a job here, i hope they pay you enough to make this nonsense worthwhile. Best of luck you will need it....Read More
