It's a shame that not everyone can succeed here, despite the organisations numerous positive aspects. One of the challenges is dealing with colleagues who may not fully embrace the culture of hard work and excellence. This lack of commitment can disrupt the work environment and culture.

Just don't go there if you want keep yourself sane. That environment will suck every positivity from you. Senior staff in logistics behaves very rudely and hurl abuse to juniors without any reason.
