The environment is very friendly and motivated. I have worked with many organisations but I think there is a lot of opportunity to grow and learn. I am into Canada Immigration consultation division. Incentives are good and they pay salaries on time. I think it was a good decision of mine to join this organisation and I am earning better than before.

Dislikes

I think a little politics sometimes but I can handle that and it’s almost everywhere. I can be wise and avoid that.

Nothing really to be liked about the company. They are giving just half the salary with no information on if arrears will ever be paid. No information either with respect to when they will start paying the full salary. Overall, they are using COVID-19 as an excuse to save money on people's salaries.

Dislikes

Totally money minded people as you can tell, how immigration consultants are. No focus on employee satisfaction, no formal HR department. Virtually a one-man show being run by a person who isn't even sure of his designation in the company (Managing Director sometimes while Director the other). Handful of people constantly try to please him. The guy can't stick to plan. Today he makes a plan and then midway comes up with a new plan. politics especially by the downmarket boss . he is good for nothing. he targets young and naive girls and once the deed is done, he just tries to manipulate them. everyone knows about this however they are forced to keep shut in fear of loosing a job. thumbs down, they have been fooling out a lot of people since 2 years in terms of canada PR. his own employees makes a lot of fun of them.
