Lost of talented people left the organisation just because of senior manager or senior boss give you work pressure not senior manager there are assitant manager also torture you if you are in low position. I really don't understand why people showing attitude there even they don't know how to use excel.lots people have boosy nature.if you have mnc experience please don't waste your time .they give you fake promises..there are lost of people who left the organisation within 2 month. Why nsdl management solve the problem of employees.there are so many third party employees are talented they work there from past 5 year but why they don't care about them . organisation have good reputation just because of some senior people organisation loose there reputation.altest hr take some solution...Read More

Exchange holidays is the only good thing about working in NSDL.

First of all there is hell lot of work pressure at NSDL. Organisation is acutely understaffed. Mangers expects you to work on Saturday’s and Sunday’s as well and that too without getting paid. Forget about holiday allowance you don’t even get paid for working on Holiday. Typical inefficient government organisation where executive level employees are overburdened with work while mangers have laid back attitude to everything. They don't even try to make the process efficient by better utilising the resources. If you are coming from an small indian company, it might be a upgrade for you. But never in your wildest dream leave your MNC job for NSDL. Very poor work culture and work ethics as expected from an government organisation....Read More

Work Culture is good, Staff is Friendly, Every 6 months a free picnic is organised by the Company.

Dislikes

official work hours are as per standards, but hardly few teams get a chance to leave office on time. As it is common in most of the organisations, ego of one of my boss was the ruling factor for Appraisals. If you keep your Boss happy, your appraisals would be good, irrespective of your work performance. This was the case in past. Not sure of situation, now.
