Only brand that also because its the only org in India being a central payments system and supported by Gov. Mind you it's not a gov organization, it's like a fintech anything and everything can happen to get the work done.

Dislikes

1. Bad work life balance - can expect a call from boss on Saturday and Sunday as well and from market players as well. You will be working 24*7 for 365 days. 2. Bad work culture- Constant Pressure from Senior/top Management to get the work done, per employee work is overloaded full time, work sizing is not done properly. Anytime, any type of work can be allocated. 3. Be ready to hear shouting from all the Department Heads because of dependencies. 4. Low staff: less staff adds to lot of pressure high dependency of projects. Plus, less staff leads to high work pressure and constant shouting from Top Management as all the staff is overloaded with work already causing delay in projects , it's a Catch 22 situation. 5. 90% of the work is operational, it's running pillar to post, constantly chase others from other department for 3 follow up and 1 escalation in most of the cases. KRA forms is in name's sake no time to complete Goal sheet projects as 90% of the time goes in resolving operational issues so at the year end boss doesn't care about operational issues but KRA goals: impacts the yearly rating a lot. 6. HR policies are very good, infact best in the market but due to severe work pressure absolutely only 10-20% is implemented 9n an individual level. 7. Leaves: Employees will take almost 0-2 leaves in a year, those also will be due to sick leaves. One can hardly take any leave as there is immense work pressure and no back up of work/employee resource. No leaves are approved as well. Another Example: one of my colleague leaves were cut down to 5 days from 12 days during his marriage season. He was immensely tensed as his leaves were not approved in the portal till last day of he taking leave. 8. Office interiors are awesome like - example : massage chairs, table tennis Table, carrom board, Xbox- Playstation but one would hardly get 1 day in a year to use/play such things. So no point. 9. Getting the work done from other departments is most difficult part, it get delayed and some people are non supportive as well. 10: Salary: Less than market standard got amount of work being done. Hike is miniscule like 6-7% that also average rating of 2 which 90% of the employees receive. 11. Job security is less among: Associate, Sr.Associate, Lead and Sr.lead level. Rating is low (below expectations) be ready with another job in hand during yearly appraisal period. 12: Attrition: Highest attrition rate in the BD department. Very much high due to unwanted operational issues. Example: 8 people hard joined with me, 4 immediately put down papers in 2 months and other 3 after 4 months and 1 person left after 2.5 years which took immense toll on body health conditions. 13: Top Management is settled at thier work place since last 15 years. Cruel work culture, one has to do daily meditation and be thick skined to survive in this organization. Overall suggestion: not to keep this org as a top priority to join, 3rd-4th.
