HR policies need to revised for 1)They do not provide mediclaim for employees and families 2)they do not have Good bus facility (with good suspension &air suspension) 3) Unit head is not a technical person 4) Food quality is good comparatively but need to be improved. 5) Mumbai plant have 5days working and 2 days weekly off. Working at dahej facility must have 5days working too. 6) Internet facility for individuals on the desk 7) HR and management only ask about ground level issues but nobody resolves that. 8) lack of site head leadership. Need a technical person who will understand ane resolve the issues of interdisciplines, sites, production issues, etc...Read More
