In National model group of schools only those teachers who say yes to the management, principal co-ordinators can survive. yearly you can see vacancies in the school. not once in a year but throughout the year because they will send teachers immediatly. they will call you by 5.30 pm and tell don't come to work from tomorrow. no appointment order, no salary slip, no experience certificate. you will get the lowest dsalary in the city. during corona they paid 75% salary but built a auditorium worth 1 crore so poor people can't pay salary but can built auditorium. so many workers lost their job....Read More

Year on year, lots of changes, progress for students. Appraisals are good. Nice place to work.

Dislikes

Divide and rule policy, lots of restriction among collegues. All teachers are putting peak performance, best teachers are moving out.
