I genuinely enjoy working at NIMS Hospital and Medical College. The work environment is supportive, and I feel that I’m part of a team that’s committed to providing high-quality patient care. The learning opportunities are immense, and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals is both fulfilling and inspiring. Overall, I have had a very positive experience here.

The salary was on time.

Dislikes

Use and throw culture, no job security. Foul language by chairman even to his kin. Very far away 40 km from city. Monkeys on campus snatch your belongings. Long hours of work, overtime during inspection period.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
