I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Work culture is very negative in NID jorhat, Assam. No work and personal life balance for the warden position. I had to work 24×7. No off days, no holidays, nothing! My health got bad. No job security and worse admin management. I had to go out even in the middle of night, be it 12 a.m. or 3 a.m. I always had to be on duty. No sleeproutine, no personal time. I was not even permited to go and meet my family being in the same town with just 5/6 kms distance. Really not a good position to work at....Read More
