This place is good for a fresh college passout to gather experience. After initial experience gathering one should move on. There's no point in sticking in this job. You'll remain contractual year after years.
Dislikes
Zero job satisfaction. Zero growth. Salary hike/appraisal depends upon illogical points. High element of team politics. you'll always remain contractual throughout. Zero scope of becoming permanent government employee. No scope of innovation. Work place not up to the mark. Work environment not suitable for software development. Employee doesn't have any idea whether he'll get salary of next month.
