I like all staff specially Mukesh sir. All work was done keeping the students in mind. Specially for South Indian students. I would definitely suggest to do internship there whoever want to do internship there. Because it ends from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm I had great time there

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
