Due to necessity and higher unemployment rate, i choose it .

Dislikes

No work life balance, totally disturbed department, inexperienced staff, Rules are made by senior having personal intention to disturb the employees, no job security, 24*7 disturbance on WhatsApp group and calls, always made warning to employees for their transfer, termination, threatening.

So many things can learn if the GM and Manager are supportive.

Dislikes

There's no work life balance. Even at night you get call from senior to do any task. Casual leave per year is only 12 days. Medical leave per year only 6 days. Yearly increment is too low, just 5%.

There is no support from NHDCL infact after our society sealed i need some leaves and NHIDCL terminate me giving reason that unauthorised leave and didn't give me second chance.. never supportive i lost my job in this covid 19..they didn't consider that i have 2 year baby too.
