NHIDCL is a PSU with Employees in either deputation, contracts and outsourcing staff. However, the most of the employees are hard working with open approach to most of the changes that happens in the organization.

Dislikes

No job security as maximum staff are outsourced with consolidated salary. Also, promotion and position become stagnant due to limitation of the Company policy of taking outsourcing post for the organization. Further, as the company is based in maximum of the tough terrains in India and near by state the employees once paid hardship is now being deducted for no reason.
