NHIDCL is a PSU with Employees in either deputation, contracts and outsourcing staff. However, the most of the employees are hard working with open approach to most of the changes that happens in the organization.

Dislikes

No job security as maximum staff are outsourced with consolidated salary. Also, promotion and position become stagnant due to limitation of the Company policy of taking outsourcing post for the organization. Further, as the company is based in maximum of the tough terrains in India and near by state the employees once paid hardship is now being deducted for no reason. Only within the state transfer is there and no state to state transfer system is there even though its a PSU of India....Read More

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview.
