Excellent work culture and staff. It has one of the most advanced infrastructure for food testing and research. Company policies are very good, salary and other benefits delivered on time.

The organisation is quite open for freshers. Really a great start for freshers of any field, since work environment is good. And more careful training is being given to freshers in terms of integrity and professionalism. Most of my colleagues are from different cultural backgrounds inspight of which the work goes smooth.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high sometimes and you need to sacrifice your personal life for that. I felt some work politics here. People are misused by taking their emotions for granted. However supervisors, managers, Sr managers and directors are cooperative but decision making process is quite slow and dependent on one another.

Testing of food, feed and water including FSSAI, BIS and export samples as per national and international standard methods. Documentation of lab as per ISO 17025:2017.
