Dislikes
If u join as a contractual staff, eg. Jpf, or any other , then u will be treated as same as a slave. In NCERT, if u are a contract employee then the growth is very very less. Instead go for a corporate job rather than contract. Good for those who only want to waste their precious time.

No benefits for contract staff....not even a calendar...if ur project coordinator is good then he/she can help u in any way.. otherwise manage on ur own.

Likes
NCERT provided an environment with traditional and technological learning. I worked with experts from performing and visual arts area and enhanced my skill up to good extent. Work environment was friendly and balanced between work and like.
Dislikes
There are some drawbacks which are found in almost every work place like slow processing of work, delay in implementations, and some politics.
