smart & hardworking teammates, so many things & advanced machines to learn, career growth is exponential, work-life balance==0 // at nano-centre no one cares about your life so you have to manage it properly salary will be fixed for research assistants according to the project but if you are a temporary employee of this department then let me tell you that you will get paid from the University of Mumbai & not from the Central government, in 2017 they sacked almost 2-3000 temporary employees(who worked there for 5-10 years on contract basis) without any notice or reason . So be prepared for the worst situation. In Nano-Centre Professors have internal issues with each other & nobody cooperates each other. They will train you properly if you are going to handle any advanced machine. You will get to learn so many things within a short period of time. PhD students are motivating & they have good knowledge about Nanotechnology. If you are a research assistant then your guide will be your boss & there is no control of University on it rk style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
