this company is now growing leading company but I'm joining this starting time when are launches in market and valuable contribution it grows heavy struggle by me and team members but B. D team are heavily pressurised for any operation staff many times we worked against by company's SOP due to B. D head to pressurised if any person of operation foun in any misshapen during the inspection related stock and other than only responsible ops. staff supervisor why? when always pressure of B. D staff and company senior management are always listening only B. D and only guilty created ops. and management higher authorities person no clear this events by grand level so, we are eight location handling as same days another another's place looks after by me but no any response from company only blemishes always over all, one time our location one problem generated party was stocks are lefting without any release orders and I'm visiting here than I was seen stocks are shortage at here same time we call our superior but he response in party feaver senior are saying that why you're no times provide party for release and damalized her near. no body support me and our location change dueto party's told and obeyed and same. I'm many-many struggling it growing her business because many companies are able in market we fighting it organization growth and today's company possibilities high lable but all are forget our work performance and no growth given by senior, we are working in with out any delay completing targets and one mistake all are forget it. and they called guilty why.? no any inquiry related to it. and management of only decision given as senior information. so this company always listening to B. D team and all authorities it hand and no any authority from the operation, so we many times worked midnight as per required but no any credit our performance only Mr. Inderpal Aneja self decides as only her sop, last times under pressure than decided leave it....Read More
