Some time reliance client abuse us using with bad words by name of sisters and mother, same complaint reported to regional manager but no one takes action. Useless managers always says ''TUMHE GAALI KHANE KA PAISA MILTA HAI'' I was selected for marketing but they forced me to work in operations and marketing both if I refuse they deduct my salary. No growth, the work pressure is very high. Some times, I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late night into the night. No overtime paid. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time. Client appreciated my work but manager mostly go unnoticed during my appraisal. Also there is no on job training. Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes....Read More
