Administration involvement is very less and they provide timely salaries., in the short span of 2 years I did not get any Hike but my seniors got hikes very oftenly. I learned many things from the institution like subject knowledge which is helpful to the present comptetion like iit Jee mains and advanced syllabus, team spirit and Discipline towards work, many more.
