First of all its a very good environment to work, you can get good experiance in teaching in such a way that you can teach any topics without any hesitation. If you perform well then you can get good salary with good hike. Administration people are very supportive in all aspects. Staff are very supportive to. Overall a good place to start your career as a lecturer.
