Hi myself Sai sudeeksh, i am working in Narayana Junior College for 3 years. To be very practical this is very suitable for anyone who wants to start their career as a lecturer. You can learn lot of things from you a senior lecturers. Management doesn't involve too much. Instud they supported us lot in all the the activities and problems.
