Hi myself Sai sudeeksh, i am working in Narayana Junior College for 3 years. To be very practical this is very suitable for anyone who wants to start their career as a lecturer. You can learn lot of things from you a senior lecturers. Management doesn't involve too much. Instud they supported us lot in all the the activities and problems. First of all its a very good environment to work, you can get good experiance in teaching in such a way that you can teach any topics without any hesitation. If you perform well then you can get good salary with good hike. Administration people are very supportive in all aspects. Staff are very supportive to.
