Shortage of staff and regularly double duty,do not give off days only give night off,if I want off it was given or not given as per menegar,if u any mistake or wrong also harras you and written explanation,fill up Counselling from etc....but no one learn to u what is right

I would like to bring attention to several important issues that need to be addressed within the company to ensure a better working environment for female doctors and employees: Facilities for Female Employees: There are no proper facilities such as restrooms, dressing rooms, or resting areas for female staff, which are essential for their comfort and well-being during long shifts. Safety Concerns: The current workplace lacks adequate safety measures for female employees, which is a serious concern that needs to be addressed urgently. Workplace Respect:Some consultants do not show appropriate respect toward junior doctors and other staff, creating an uncomfortable and demotivating atmosphere. Overtime Work: HR and some in-charge consultants often assign overtime duties without providing adequate compensation, which is not only unfair but also demoralizing. Unpaid Work:Despite putting in the extra effort and time, the company fails to compensate us for the additional work done, which affects morale and overall job satisfaction. Unfair Practices: There are instances where in-charge doctors prioritize their own benefits, leaving the rest of the team feeling unsupported and undervalued. No once listens and understand about any health issues. 7. No bonus. 8. Too much work load, also have to work more than required work for the profession.
