Workplace Respect:Some consultants do not show appropriate respect toward junior doctors and other staff, creating an uncomfortable and demotivating atmosphere. Overtime Work: HR and some in-charge consultants often assign overtime duties without providing adequate compensation, which is not only unfair but also demoralizing. Unpaid Work:Despite putting in the extra effort and time, the company fails to compensate us for the additional work done, which affects morale and overall job satisfaction.
