The clinical facilities and work culture and coordination among doctors are really good.Management stuffs are cordial.. HR department is very much cooperative and professional in every aspects...

The salary structure and the appraisal are not up-to the mark or satisfactory as per your credentials,experiences and as compared to the rest of the healthcare organizations....The facility directors and senior administrative people should not be a non-medical person who doesn't understand about the patient quality care and medical ethics.....

Poor infrastructure No new addition to the equipment over a decade. Irregular appraisals & no clarity on them. Too much interference in day to day work by non medical staff in medical affairs. HR dept is a total cheat! Dont expect a decent experience while resigning. Huge politics and corruption. If you are doing oiling to your manager you will get everything. No fruitful work is happen here. Only show off. How many show off you are done you will be benefited. Higher management only want show off. Patient service is worst. None of employee admitted their family member here. Rate is became high every year. Billing has been done unnecessary. In this company so much of partiality is there even if we are working very hard personally I didn't get any appreciation from my manager from doctors from management from nurses or any of the staff I ever worked with moreover my experience is very disappointed and horrible and end of the day they have forced me to leave my job so I will be not working here in future

Shortage of staff and regularly double duty,do not give off days only give night off,if I want off it was given or not given as per menegar,if u any mistake or wrong also harras you and written explanation,fill up Counselling from etc....but no one learn to u what is right
